What we do.

We provide automotive and specialty glass, installation and logistics services locally, throughout the country and even outside the USA. Our customers include manufacturing partners (bus, RV, fire apparatus, motorcoach, specialty vehicles and more) RV owners, glass shops, insurance companies, dealers, service centers and just about anyone driving a car or truck in our local Oregon markets. Our family of companies include A-1 Auto Glass, Coach Glass, Coach Glass Auto and RV Glass Solutions.

What is JAJ Enterprises?
JAJ Enterprises is the parent company for A-1 Auto Glass, Coach Glass, Coach Glass Automotive and RV Glass Solutions. You may see our different branding when one of our hiring managers reaches out to you but we are all under the same umbrella.
How often are new positions advertised on the site?
Positions are posted as soon as they become available and they come down as soon as a position is filled.
How long will it take to complete an application?
The application shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to complete. Fill out all sections including employment history even if the information can be found on your resume. The more information you provide, the easier it will be to match your skills to current openings. We appreciate the time you take to complete the application fully!
Who will have access to my application?
Your application will only be seen by human resources and the management team responsible for the specific job you have applied for.
How do I know that you have received my application?
As soon as we receive your application, you will receive an automatic response thanking you for applying with us. If for some reason you do NOT receive such a notification, please reach out to us.
How will you get in touch with me?
When you apply online you have the option to tell us your preferred method of communication. We will contact you based on the preference you indicated. If email is your preferred method, please make sure the email address you provide is correct and one you access regularly. If you prefer to be contacted by phone, please provide us with the best time to reach you.
What is the recruitment process like?
The process is different from position to position. After we receive your application, the manager responsible for filling the position will review your application and will contact you directly if your skills match the role. Next step could involve a series of interviews with the manager or other members of the company depending on the opening.
Where do I go for my interview?
Currently we are holding all interviews through Zoom due to COVID. We hope to be able to conduct in-person interviews in the near future as we prefer to meet you in person! You will be provided with a Zoom link or the physical address beforehand.
Will I receive feedback on my interview?
Yes, you will hear from us if you are moving forward in the interview process or if you are not selected for the position.
If I am not selected for this position, can I apply for another position?
Yes, you may apply for other positions. We encourage you to check our company website for new openings on a regular basis.

Get To Know Us
There are several ways you can learn about us and a great start is our company website. You’ll find a lot of information about our company, values, culture, benefits and much more. Researching a company ahead of time will help you go into an interview with confidence.
Be Thorough
Take the time to complete the employment application even if most of the information may be found on your resume. Skipping sections may give the impression that you are rushing through the process or that you are not detailed oriented. If you have gaps in employment, explain the reason for the gaps. Employers want to see consistency in employment.
Interview Prep
You may be asked to participate in behavioral-based interview. The number of interviews may vary by role. The interviews may be a mix of phone calls, in-person conversations, conference calls and/or video interviews.
Prepare to be asked questions about times in the past when you used specific skills. We recommend using the STAR method to answer the questions. A sample interview question could be, “tell me about a time you had a conflict at work”. Be ready to answer as though you are telling a story. Be honest and ask for clarification if you do not understand a question.
Bring extra copies of your resume, and depending on the position you are applying for, bring copies of your work.

Be punctual, dress casual but not too casual, and come prepared with questions for the interviewer(s). We want you to ask us questions. You are also interviewing us to determine what is like to work here.

Offer Of Employment
If the hiring manager decides to move forward after the interview, a verbal offer will be extended. Once you verbally accept, be ready to provide us with the date you will be able to start employment with us. A formal offer letter will be sent to you for your official acceptance which will require a signature. Our goal is to get you started as soon as possible. We know that you may need to give notice to your current employer and we respect that courtesy.
You Are Hired!
After you have accepted the job offer, you will receive new hire information through our online portal. This will include details regarding the team you’ll be working with, company benefits, and information that will help acquaint you with your new position. This will ensure you are set up on our system prior to your first day of employment.
