We discourage insulated glass unit (IGU) replacement simply because it isn’t as reliable as LAM glass. That said, we recognize there are occasions where this is a preferred solution and we try our best to accommodate IGU replacement. Keep in mind, glass that has been fogged for 6 months or longer can become permanently etched, requiring glass replacement rather than repair.
